Life Work Balance
Welcome to the Work-Life Balance workshop. Work- life balance is essential to combat stress, ensuring both individual and company success. The stress associated with unbalanced lifestyles is costly; it damages productivity and increases individual health risks. Employees who have the tools to balance their professional and personal lives are happier, healthier, and more productive.
In addition to improving performance, many younger employees place a high value on work-life balance. Companies that include work-life balance as part of their culture will be able to better attract qualified candidates.
The Art of Wellbeing
Welcome to The Art of Wellbeing. In this course the participants will engage in a series of challenges designed to increase their own happiness and build more productive habits. As preparation for these tasks, I will discussmisconceptions about happiness, annoying features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change. Participants will ultimately be prepared to successfully incorporate a specific wellness activity into their lives. Participants will also learn the skills of Gratitude, Happiness, Meditation and Savoring.
