An impeccable 20 years plus experience in insurance and financial services industry, Nadym is a Certified AML/CFT Professional.
As a trainer and coach Nadym has a unique view on training and on life. The way his sessions are delivered is simple. It is structured and presented as open dialogue, with stories that stick with you. His witty remarks and engagement methods ensure that everyone has fun. His presentations feature visuals and often feature his two children, who allow the audience (in addition to comic relief), the opportunity for an objective perspective and they stand to benefit from the escapades the children and their stories introduce.
He has held leadership positions with prominent insurance companies in Pakistan and such diverse countries like Bangladesh, Hongkong, UAE and East Africa, where he served in various top-tier Sales and Marketing roles.
Nadym holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate diploma in Islamic Economics and Finance. He studied a two-year course on ‘Sources of Shariah’ from a leading Shariah Scholar of Pakistan in a bid to further his knowledge in Shari’ah.
MUFTI ZEESHAN ABDUL AZIZ
Mufti Zeeshan Abdul Aziz is a recognized Shariah Scholar and researcher having strong comprehension of all aspects of Islamic Law and Finance. He graduated from Jamia Dar Ul Uloom Karachi, Pakistan, having Takhassus Fil Ifta (Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence) majoring in Islamic Banking & Finance and Halal Foods.
He is the CEO of Al-Hikmah Shariah Advisory Services (Pvt) Ltd (AHSAS) and involved in Consultancy, Corporate/Shariah Advisory & Training services provided by Al-Hikmah with the vision of promoting a Compliant corporate culture.
He has been associated as Shariah Advisor with several Islamic Financial Institution and Halal Certification bodies within Pakistan and abroad.
He has been frequently debating and speaking on Shariah & technical aspects related to Islamic Banking & Finance, especially on Takaful, nationally and internationally as well.
DR. SHAUKAT CHANDNA
A former Army officer, Dr. Shaukat Chandna is a man driven by passion for excellence. His motivational and attitudinal seminars and short courses have benefited individuals and corporations in several countries outside Qatar, prominent amongst them being Germany, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Bahrain, Malaysia, Pakistan, United Kingdom, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. In Qatar, Dr. Chandna regularly consults and trains top-of-the-line organizations.
Shaukat has studied at some of the best universities in the world, earning a Master’s degree each in International Affairs (Islamabad) and International Management (Switzerland), as well as a Doctorate each in Human Resource Development (USA), and English Literature (Australia).
While Dr. Shaukat Chandna’s training and HR experience encompass all facets of HR-related activities, his greatest strength lies in being able to conduct the training sessions in a simple and non-complex manner, reaching out to his audience in a language that they can understand. His examples are from daily life and are very easy to relate, understand and appreciate. In the final analysis, his training sessions provide a complete learning experience.
RABIA OMAR
An ex senior banker with over two decades of experience in the field of sales, relationship building and financial management.
As a trainer she has been trained and certified by famed Ron Kaufman in Sales and Service. She has also been trained by Karen Allahwala and the late Ramiz Allahwala in Corporate Communication, Etiquette training and grooming modules, certified by Fulcrum in Performance Management, Anti Money laundering and Anti Terror financing certification by DC Gardiner and is a free lance trainer for EdComm Bankers Middle East.
Rabia has been commercially training since 2018. Her technique in training is based on deep engagement with her participants.
Forming a bond with her audience comes naturally to her as she has risen through her corporate career from the grass root level and thus empathizing with the front line staff comes naturally to her.
